Chef Petros Vrionis brings a profound passion for crafting exceptional dishes rooted in Greek hospitality and creativity. Central to his culinary creations is a steadfast commitment to sourcing the finest quality ingredients from local farms and producers, ensuring an authentic and superior dining experience. With an illustrious career spread over prestigious embassies, where he has promoted Greek cuisine and culture, to some of the world's most renowned five-star hotels, Chef Vrionis has established himself as a distinguished figure in the culinary industry. Furthermore, he serves as the Director of Culinary Studies at one of Greece’s most esteemed colleges, imparting his extensive knowledge and expertise to the next generation of culinary professionals.

Amanda Alessandra Kon

Sushi chef Amanda Alessandra Kon Origin half Italian from Lake Como, half Greek with the surname Kontoiorgou. The oldest Japanese restaurant in Greece, KYOTO on the Acropolis was owned by her family for 50 years. Her work experience extends to the metropolises of New York, London, Italy, Tokyo and Dakar.
